Hmm...must be bored coming here and see no updates. I feel bored too, haha..More pics to make up for it. Pulau Ubin trip was fun but tiring. Took a bumboat there, $2 one-way. Rental of bike $8 per person then aunty gave discount $7, then paid $40 for 6 bikes. Spent abt $10 for the trip excluding meals and drinks. Such a hot hot day. Havent sweat like that for a while. Highlight for me would be the lady selling drinks being very amazed at SDB for not able to speak Chinese and not believing Peishan is from Singapore. She was saying in Chinese (abt Peipei), "You really from Singapore? Dont look like leh. Really not?" Then she told another uncle there there (abt SDB), "This girl cant speak Chinese." Uncle, "Dont know how to speak Chinese ah?" Aunty, "Yah cannot speak." Super funny, SDB was so embarrassed.
Discovered new chicken rice place at Changi Village. It's only $2 and very nice, quite big serving too. It's somewhere in the middle, a corner shop. Had that for lunch and ta bao back for dinner for family. Yums.

Went to do my IC this morning. Cost me $60. I had to write a story of how my IC was lost. Can only get it 1 mth ltr, which is the date I am flying off I think..Finally had MosBurger for lunch today. Super yum, juz thinking abt it makes me hungry now. But so ex. Went lib. It was so noisy at my fav place in the lib. There were 2 girls there, supposedly doing their homework, but they were so noisy! Very crude languages used. Giving bad names to their sch. And there was this little boy who suddenly jumped in, literally. He was holding on to a toy gun and pretending to be a, I dont know who, police? He hid behind the book shelves and started to "shoot". He even did all those stunts, like running and hiding. Must be watching too much shows. At first i thought he was playing with his friends, but he wasnt! He was playing by himself, "shooting" the other students there. Those 2 girls scolded him subtly, but loudly. After 20 mins or so, the boy sat down to watch Doraemon. When he left, the girls were being very mean to him by asking what was he looking at. They were so loud. Was quite irritated by them, moved to the top floor. Peace and quiet up there, can even hear a pin drop.

Haha, thankyou to all who came to surprise me at my place. Yest's dinner was a decoy. But dinner was very gd though. Couldnt trust my bro, I knew it. He was so persistent in asking me to go downstairs to play bball. He was never this persistent to the point he was exasperated. Even even came up to leave his wallet behind and calling from downstairs asking my mum to ask me bring down the wallet so he can go gym. What utter rubbish!!! Well, I did drag some time, slowly took my time to walk down. Went down to the clubhouse and saw them (Peipei, Lai-dia, Rachelle, Daniel, Jon Lai and Kenchin) standing at the stairs with sheepish looks on their faces. They robbed my handphone and I knew what horror was going to happen. The pool's a few steps away. Oh well, my bro conveniently forgotten that cannot anyhow play play in the pool with clothes on. So yup, they managed to get me in the water and I happily grabbed on to Peipei, and poor her got into the water with me. Kenchin got in too, hahaha!! I wouldnt be happy if only I got wet, so had to make others wet too. Very evil, but what to do, I have evil friends around me. Must continue from the water. The security guards came rushing out from the office to tell them off, haha!! Naughty naughty adults. Tsk tsk. Well, but of coz I had a lovely chocolate cake by the pool side after that. Thankyou to each and everyone of you for making my bday such a memorable one. Yes feeling very loved. Like Shake said, "during bdays, torture is love". Thanks ah Shake, what loving housemate I have. CYY called all the way from Msia yest, another wonderful hsemate. A couple of others tried calling, but called the wrong no. Sorry...

Such fantastic weather on this perfect day. What am I doing at home on this day?? Coz it's pouring again. Pouring heavily. This sort of weather is complete with flashes of lightning and booming thunder. Well, it's gd to stay at home with family and not going out everyday. Anyway thankyou everyone of you for the bday msges. I definitely feel a lot more loved on this day once a yr, haha!!

Had an early bday celebration yest with the pigs. Had steamboat buffet at Quality Hotel the Lotus Vegetarian Restaurant. Seems like I always have steamboat during my bday. It's gd, just when I had craving from steamboat =) Literally ate till bloated. We took a bit too much food, the waitresses there said must finish all the food taken, if not we got to pay. She said had to pay $5, but does it mean $5 for everything we cant finish or $5 for each veg.?? Haha..But we managed to finish most of it. Was so stuffed. My ice-cream melted, coz I was greedy and took 2 scoops of ice-cream before finishing my food. Had to finish the hot food before dessert, so ice-cream melted =( We were last customers again. I was treated to this rather expensive meal. They still bought me cake and gifts. They spent so much money, made me so paiseh. Speaking of embarrassment, the restaurant actually offered to play bday song over the PA system. That would be so so embarrassing, though there werent many customers around. Luckily they said the already locked the system. Saved my embarrassment. Haha. But really thankyou to the girls for spending time with me. Like HM said, this is the 10th yr since we met!!!Goodness me, 10 yrs is a rather long time and it also means we are getting older, bleah =p
Also met up with 2 of my sec 2 classmates + HX in the afternoon. One of them is getting married at the end of the yr!! She is my age. She is definitely the first among us to get married. Ppl my age getting married and I am still looking for my rich, handsome guy. Hah!! After that also talked abt work and stuff. Such a depressing topic to talk abt esp after hearing how much they will be earning. My pay is peanuts compared to theirs. I cant help but feel a twinge of jealously. How can a non-grad's basic pay be so much more than a grad's. As in for a normal grad, who has a normal job, not like me. It is seriously, say 3-4X more. Then HX and I were complaining abt what our pay would be like =( After 10 yrs we, found out that our dads work in exactly the same line and we will be in the same line too. No wonder we are gd friends =D
