I spent more than an hr reading blogs yest and only half way down my list. Havent been reading blogs for a looong time. Same old same old. Nothing new. Well, except the most exciting thing is prob having gastro last wk and almost went to the hospital. Was throwing up everything that went into my mouth. Didnt have any intake of food/drinks for 2 days, if I didnt get any better, would be in the hospital. Sooo thank God for wonderful housemates (bro) and friends. Anyway other than that, everything's the same. Weekdays - work, come back, slp. Routine repeats. Weekends - maybe more exciting, but need more time for myself. It's monday tml again, why cant the weekend be longer? :(
I am shopping online again. Havent done it for a while now.
Looking fwd to a holiday! Cant wait for Easter break! ---------------------- "i hate the network here ok....my rm's reception not gd, so i have to sit outside my rm along the corridor to use. luckily my corridor is desserted, not many ppl will come in. but still when ppl come they will ask, 'y r u outside?' tt's so sad man....den i will have to say in the corridor can receive better reception...in the whole albert hse, i am the only one who is doing tt. it is very embarrassing ok....yah when i am outside, my laptop will detect other networks. so irritating, den it cut me off. I HATE IT.

Haha, just to entertain those of you who still visit this blog. This was one of my first few entries in '03, my first yr in uni. Quite childish update eh, hahaha!! But quite funny..
Back in Sg for slightly more than a mth and going back to Melb very soon (the part which I dread the most). Back for weddings, Roy & Shera's in Sg and EnYe and Ruth's in Brunei. Had lots of fun attending the weddings and travelling arnd. This will definitely be the new 2008! :) Dont worry 2008, you'll still have a special spot in my memory :))
Anyway being back this time gave me a new perspective of things. Things I have yet to think abt. It's always a given that I am only back for holiday. But recently I realised I might be able to settle back at home pretty well. Previously one of my reasons for going back to Melb is church/OCF (spiritual growth). Afraid I'll backslide when I am back home in a safe environment. But right now, I think there shld be no prob looking for a church, already quite settled with church, still abit worried abt joining a cell/bible study grp though. I mighttt be able to live with my mum's nagging, but definitely not looking forward to it. Job wise, I am sure there are ALOT of job opportunities, dont need to feel like second-class citizen. It's only my feelings atm, might be different when I am back in Melb again. Maybe I'll feel I am able to continue living there. I am used to the freedom there. My 10th yr in Melb this yr! Ok maybe a couple more yrs and I'll be back. I know alot of you will be happy. I dont know how I feel! Arghhh! I do feel a little sad when I think abt coming home. 10 yrs is a long time, lots of things happened. Well at least now I know there is a certain pull factor back at home.
My fav festival is here very soon! Bitterswet bittersweet, sighh
Where has the nice cold/cooling weather gone to? I miss you already :( It's sooo warm esp in my room, I can feel the heat. Just brought fanny into my room again today. Hot wk ahead, looking fwd to the weekends with cooler change.
"Tis the season to chase flies off, fa la la la la, la la la la." Hate the buzzing of flies. Shoo flies shoo!
---------------------------------------------- It is a matter of getting used to it. 7 weeks. 54 days. :) ----------------------------------------------
Was looking at my yearbook to look for someone who added me on fb, coz I have totally no idea and no impression of her from the name or pic. After looking thru the yearbook, I still dont know who she might be. Just as I was putting the book back on the bookshelf, a folder peeked out from between the many books and files. It was my sec 4 graduation folder! Totally forgotten that I even brought it over.
Haha, thats the folder!
My sch's so bilingual, must have both English and Chinese, lol.
Star given by my form teacher. And community involvement record, lol! Those compulsory community work we had to do in the 4 yrs we were there.
Sec 4 Graduation Ceremony Programme
Bilingualism shown again.
Even for songs. Yup our grad song was "If we hold on together". The chorus : "Drams wee us through to forever". Hahaha!
My life is an open book.
Loves God, family n friends.
I thank God for his grace shown to me all these years, placing great friends in my life =)
